We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Brand details: brand name, website, industry, city and country.
- Your work email, so we can send you the report and confirm the request.
- Optionally, competitor names you choose to include in the analysis.
- Basic usage and technical data, such as device or browser type, generated when you visit the site.
Why we use your data
- To generate and deliver the report about your brand.
- To verify your work email and prevent abuse of the free trial.
- To bill and manage the Monitoring plan if you choose to subscribe.
- To improve the quality and security of the service.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit your request, and to deliver the service you ask for. In plain terms: we use your data because you asked us for a report or subscribed to the plan, and because it is necessary to provide it.
What we measure with your brand
The brand and website you submit are queried against publicly available AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, to see how your brand appears in response to typical questions in your sector. This is the core of the service.
Who processes your data
To operate, we rely on specialized companies that we name by general categories: infrastructure providers, a payment provider, a data provider and an email provider. Each one accesses only what is needed for its role. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected] and we will handle your request.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser local storage sparingly, for example to remember whether you prefer light or dark mode. We do not use that data for advertising or to track you across other sites.
