Refund Policy

This is a plain language summary of when we give your money back and how cancellation works. It is written simply so you can understand it on your own, and it is not legal advice.

The free report

The initial report is free and one-time. Since it involves no payment, there is nothing to refund.

The Monitoring plan

The Monitoring plan costs USD 49 per month and is billed monthly. This policy applies to that payment.

14-day window

If you just subscribed to the Monitoring plan for the first time and it is not for you, you have 14 days from the start of the subscription to request a full refund. Just ask and we will return the amount for that period.

How to request a refund

Write to us at [email protected] from the email you subscribed with and let us know you want the refund. We will process the return through our payment provider.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund the amount for the current period, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged for future renewals. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. We do not issue partial refunds for days in the current month.

How cancellation works

You can cancel at any time by writing to us at [email protected] or through your account options. Cancellation stops renewals and does not trigger any extra charge.

Chargebacks and contact

If you see a charge you do not recognize or have any question about a payment, contact us first at [email protected]. We can almost always sort it out directly and faster than a dispute with your bank.
