Terms of Service

This is a plain language summary of the rules for using Recomendly. It is written simply so you can understand it on your own, and it is not legal advice. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Recomendly is a service operated by Kinaraecuador Cia. Ltda., based in Ecuador. If you need to reach us about anything in these terms, write to [email protected].

What the service is

Recomendly measures whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention or recommend your brand when someone asks them about products or services like yours. The service has two parts:

• A free report: a single, one-time check so you can see how your brand shows up today.
• The Monitoring plan: ongoing tracking with periodic reports.

Higher tiers are coming soon and are not part of the current offering.

The free report

The free report is a single analysis at no cost and with no card required. To generate it we ask for a work email, meaning an email on your company domain. We use it to send you the result and to confirm that the request relates to the brand being analyzed. We allow one free trial per domain.

Acceptable use

We expect good faith use. By using Recomendly you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your brand, website and contact details.
• Not attempt to run multiple free trials for the same domain or work around that limit.
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to harm, overload or breach our systems.

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or close access.

The Monitoring plan, price and billing

The Monitoring plan costs USD 49 per month and is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time: cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. We do not issue partial refunds for days in the current month, except as described in our refund policy.

No guaranteed results

Recomendly is an informational tool. We measure and report how your brand appears in AI assistants at the time of the query, but we do not promise or guarantee that the AI will recommend your brand. Results depend on your business, your market and outside factors we do not control.

Third parties

To run the service we work with specialized companies that we refer to by general categories: infrastructure providers, a payment provider and a data provider. These companies process information only as needed to deliver the service.

Changes to the service and terms

We may improve, adjust or discontinue features of the service, and we may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will note it on this page with a new version. If you keep using Recomendly after a change, we take it that you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Ecuador.
